EWA Eco-Wood-Art offers wooden mechanical models, puzzles, decorative items, and related products.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may be processed on the next business day.

Free standard shipping is available for orders of $100 or more. For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected carrier service.

Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available carriers. Estimated transit time is typically 2–7 business days after processing; total delivery time is generally 3–9 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return label. No restocking fee is charged.
